It is more like the second Pol Pot-Cambodia. Vietnam is now a relatively pleasant place to live, thanks to their defeat of the US and its support for a fascist regime. And this is despite 1 million still suffering from US chemical weapons use. And remember, the US supported Pol Pot because they didn’t like Sihanouk.
