I just watched this and Blinken’s statement is jaw dropping. Not only does he ridiculously make a preamptive accusation against Russian that it will use chemical weapons in false flag attack to justify an invasion, but he then preemptively ridicules Russian of calling the hypothetical attack a “genocide” a term which the he says the United States does not take lightly. As if they haven’t been calling Xinjiang a genocide without any proof, nor even legal foundation from their own lawyers.

And, if the Azov Battalion makes significant grounds into the ethnic Russian provinces they can rest assured that whatever atrocities they commit are preemptively pardoned by the United States. Blinken assures us that whatever happens, if it makes Ukraine look bad, it will definitely be fake news.

Then he goes on about how one country cannot change the borders of another, and that national sovereignty is inviable. Every single statement here is utterly backwards of reality, and realistically mirrors the exact way the United States behaves. I hope countries of the world see this. The US is being run by pathologically lying, warmongering reptiles.

RE: The US is being run by pathologically lying, warmongering reptiles.

In response I can only say this:
THE US IS BEING RUN BY PATHOLOGICALLY LYING, WARMONGERING REPTILES!
THE US IS BEING RUN BY PATHOLOGICALLY LYING, WARMONGERING REPTILES!
THE US IS BEING RUN BY PATHOLOGICALLY LYING, WARMONGERING REPTILES!
      ……..

as many times as I repeat this, I still remain angry and frustrated and saddened thinking of the victims of the coup and the threat to world peace and the insanity of it all….

Our State Department is delusional. And the countries who parrot our propaganda are like a cult of misinformation.
There’s an imbedded filter in these people who are incapable of listening to what anyone is saying that contradicts their mantra.

They cannot, will not accept that Russia has legitimate security concerns because of our nuclear warheads within a few minutes of them.

They refuse to accept responsibility for abandoning protective arms treaties under Bush II.

I have to wonder whether the MIC brings them one by one into a conditioning room and hypnotizes them to ignore their own reasoning capabilities.

We’ve become a criminal state in the name of profiteering.
When people like Bernie Sanders and Chris Murphy won’t stand up to the lies, I have to wonder….

DC must be a terrifying place to work.
Arthur Miller could write a sequel to his “Crucible”
We’ve got a doozy of one.

What could be more hypocritical than the top diplomats of the USA and United Kingdom standing before the word and pontificating about the dangers and harm that flow from misleading the world with false evidence, and using such contrivances as an excuse for invading and bombing another country. Apparently the world public is supposed to forget what they did in Iraq (not to mention Vietnam, the former Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, and Syria). “Oh, this time it’s different,” they tell us. How stupid and gullible does one have to be to buy this latest bunk? Consider the source! And remember, that oil monopolies have a lot of profits at stake if the Nord Stream 2 pipeline is opened.

Blinken is going further than insinuating a false flag, he is literally claiming that Russia will claim that Ukraine is conducting a false “genocide” against the breakaway provinces, exactly as the US does to China. Then he says genocide is a term that the United States doesn’t take lightly. They must have been laughing in the aisles.

Wow, China’s statement was a shot over the bow of the U.S. Secretary of State regarding our short-sighted, zero-sum game, aggressive foreign policy which includes military maneuvers in their neck of the woods.
His statement sounded to me like China has a more mature, sustainable, stabilizing world view policies than our Cold War mentality with shortsighted 4 profit military agenda.

The most remarkable statement was from Ukranian attorney Tatyana Montyan who spoke of the thousands of deaths in East Ukraine and the plight of people living there who are still experiencing the suffering of war on their children and daily lives. Land mines in their land and shelling from the west….

Her picture of life after the U.S. coup was worth a thousand words. But sadly our state Dept didn’t hear her words – all they cared about was RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA and getting the last word on their Cold War (manufactured) enemy…no thoughts of the death and destruction still being caused by Victoria Nuland, the Biden administration and her coup.
And the U.S. congress still participating in weapon deliveries to keep that going.

I fear we are a criminal state in service of a for profit war machine that is willing to head us toward Armageddon rather than craft a sane foreign policy that doesn’t destroy lives in the name of profits.

Even the people of Puerto Rico see the devastation of our policies on the Ukrainian people by way of the IMF and World Bank whose goals seem to be to shift wealth to the Banks and the top tier of wealthy oligarchs in this country:

How can this all be justified? Are there any wiser heads in Washington DC?

sorry – I meant the Obama administration which perpetrated the coup – not the Biden Administration (although he has much blame too)

Our warmongers creating a Russian straw man to agitate for another regime-change conflict. It is an extension of “Russiagate” to justify why our country must spend $900 billion on armaments instead of rebuilding our country. Russia’s GNP is below Spain yet we believe them to be a grave threat. The Biden administration is a dangerous joke.
