Dean Yates asks journos to, “Ask yourself: Why is the Collateral Murder tape NOT part of the U.S. indictment? Why is a tape that made Julian and WikiLeaks a household name not part of the indictment. Because it showed the world what the war in Iraq really looked like.” It also shows that the prosecution wants to separate the inseparable. They have included the leaking of the “rules of engagement” in the indictment but not the video that gives it context. The video shows the criminal interpretation of these “rules of engagement” which was all too common in Iraq.
Shameful that Lady Judge Emma Arbuthnot has not recused herself despite her obvious conflict of interest. Unbelievable!!! And the “technical problems” still continue. What a shambles of a show trial!!!
