I love John Shipton. I really do.
This is an outstanding video, and thank you to all involved. Could we please cover the fact that the judge has already decided the outcome ? I am certain that she is immune to evidence. The procedural issues aren’t relevant. Logic is not involved. Law is not involved. Precedent is not involved. The entire exercise is a farce. Judge Vanessa Baraitser will read her pre-prepared judgement in January. We must illuminate the fact that this is only an exercise in prejudgment. Personally, I can see no possibility of her disobeying her orders. She will certainly obey. Therefore we must already start discussing an appeal from which she is excluded.
