I believe that th Assange supporter community should consider a class action lawsuit against both the de jure and de facto denial of access to the court proceedings in Assange’s case. All restrictions of access to the court should be investigated to determine whether there is in fact any legitimacy to such restrictions. The clearly prejudicial failure, after many previous proceedings, to repair the access to the court via audio and video links should also be contested, If these links are so badly damaged that it is impossible for those outside the courtroom to understand the proceedings, even though they have previously received “permission” to do so, then clearly NO REAL ACCESS has been provided to those persons at all, in violation of the legal necessity of providing such access.
