The selection of a site for Australia to dispose of nuclear waste is apparent. The coral reefs will sooner or a little later die off leaving a vast wasteland that will beg for a useful purpose. With enough forethought, all the other issues dealing with the problems of a nuclear war may likewise be solved.

An excellent watch that was spoilt by the appearance of the brainwashed hypocrite Bono who has demonised Putin many times.

Australia needs to grow a backbone but the MSM won’t allow it.

Thank you for the heads up, I will be sure to skip past any scenes featuring the insufferable Bono.
The guy is a complete tool. His efforts to ingratiate himself with the global elite are cringeworthy and they demonstrate that he is completely out of touch and blinded by arrogance and ego.
The world really needs to stop paying any attention to him. We need qualified experts to tackle our mounting problems, we don’t need the singer of a very overrated rock band to pontificate in between flights in his private jet and harmful tax-dodging efforts.
      Curse him.

These warmongers should watch this cartoon/comic book film about the effects of a nuclear bomb and the naïvety of the unsuspecting populace:

Just imagine if it were possible to take over / hijack all cable networks, airwaves and the internet and play the film ‘Threads’ on a loop as well as this.

I wonder if the likes of Annalena Baerbock and her supine counterparts in the UK and the EU understand what would happen if a nuke was dropped on a European city?
They, along with the US neocons are hell bent on making these works of fiction become a reality for everyone. The US is rightly called the Great White Satan by some in the Middle East; such a shame that these neocons weren’t drowned at birth.

Yes Arch. Great idea. I’d forgotten about threads. That was gruesome. Thanks for the link.

There is no rational case for it where the Australian people actually benefit. None. The country pays an exorbitant price for very little material return, and the only beneficiaries are a few corrupt politicians, and a handful of Australian industries that might contribute.

It is part of an aggressive strategy to further the hegemonic goals of the US – to retain its global dominance, and ensure that China never poses a challenge, economically and militarily.

But the problem is that China does NOT pose a threat to anyone, least of all Australia – with which it has an important trading relationship. The US doesn’t care about any of this. It doesn’t care if, like in Europe, it destroys countries and economies to further its ends.

If AUKUS goes ahead, Australia will lose far far more than vast amounts of taxpayer money – it will lose a vital economic trading relationship, and potentially millions of lives in the nuclear war that the deranged US government seems determined to inflict on the world!
