The debacles in Ukraine and Iran are, bottom line, a desperate attempt by Western governments to maintain US led Western control over the remaining 80% of the world. Deep down, these governments know that China is already too large to control, but they have no Plan B to go to. Once China aligned with Russia, the hand writing was on the wall. A million sanctions and a half million tariffs are not going to reverse the course that the West is on. The West is now in a self destructive stage of life, but it was a pretty good 80 year party.

Ray should have gone further in his reasoning. Iran can still destroy the Israel subs. If Israel is to use its nuclear missiles, then how will they be launched against Iran ? By air ? The need the USA for refueling.
If the attacks on Crimea are coming from Ukraine a devastsing attack on it from Russia is not a provocation of NATO. Why is that not done? Roads, railways, bridges etc. in Ukraine are still untouched by Russia it seems – very odd.
The only war the West could ever win against Russia would be a nuclear war. But then it would lose, too!
I doubt there is anyone in the collective West that could explain why, based on facts and reality, they have to start a war with Russia.
They say they perceive it as a serious threat, that it is poised to invade Europe, but with absolutely no evidence to support such wild claims. And if they do try to provide ‘evidence’, it is either based on highly dubious intelligence, such as they get from Ukraine, or it is fabricated to fit the narrative.
Just like with the faulty Israeli intelligence, they will rush headlong into a conflict with a major power and then wonder why it doesn’t work out the way they convinced themselves it would.
After all, how hard is it to defeat a ‘gas station’?
Anyway, we all know there is no threat, that this is about power, control [plunder] of natural resources, weakening China, and maintaining global hegemony.
