I will believe it when I see him check out of Belmarsh and into another country with his family.
With the judges’ lack of acknowledgment of the facts in the case, other options may still exist for the bad guys.
Such good news today .Not exonerated but denied extradition to the US on humanitarian grounds .
The main thing is that we can possibly expect a bail until we see if the US will appeal . Some good breathing room so that he can be with his family .
very interesting. Should assange appeal this because of the upholding of US case against journalists and decision people can be extradited for political reasons. And sacrifice his personal freedom?
Humanity prevailed That’s all that matters. That is the very most we could possibly expect from a legal system operated by a murderous establishment. Baraitser is a mere magistrate. Her reasoning hardly constitutes precedent. It is up to the rest of us to carry on in Assange’s footsteps, just more carefully if possible, until the establishment and its trappings including legal system are supplanted.

If he is released on bail, the conditions of that bailment would be quite important:
– What restrictions on his freedom of movement would be imposed?
(For example, I assume he would not be allowed to leave the country)
– What other restrictions on his activities would there be?
– How much would it cost (I don’t know whether English law limits the amount)?
What other countries might be willing and able to grant him asylum and allow him to work freely?
(How about Venezuela — they would have nothing to lose…?)
I read an hour ago that President of Mexico, Manuel Lopez Obrador offered Assange asylum in Mexico. Don’t know the repercussions for him and his government to offer the asylum, specially when Mike Pompeo, Mike Pence and Joseph Biden want him extradited. Time will tell how the deep state of these will act behind those 3.
