Jennifer Knapp and Chief Hospital Corpsman Neville Facey, both assigned to 3rd Medical Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, cheer for Sailors assigned to aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) following completion of their off-ship isolation period. Sailors assigned to Theodore Roosevelt were moved to locations on Naval Base Guam in an effort to implement an aggressive mitigation strategy to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of the Sailors.
